We formed the Protocol Technologies Group LLC in 2011, to continue R&D on collaboration support systems, initially supported by the US Air Force, while we were working at another firm.  When that firm was acquired, and R&D operations shut down, we formed Protocol Technologies to continue the work.

Our Principal, Mr. Miles Fidelman, also provides consulting Systems Architecture, Systems Engineering, and Proposal Management support – both to technology firms bidding on complex government IT systems, and to Government agencies procuring systems.  We specialize in planning systems, operations support systems, and “civic tech.”
